Shipments and returns

Orders generally ship within 3 business days after your payment is successfully processed. Regular U.S. orders are shipped via USPS with Tracking confirmation. International orders take a little longer, and are shipped via USPS international delivery. After your item ships, you'll be sent a notification email with tracking information. Please note, it can take 24-48 hours for your tracking number to become active in the carrier's system.

Love it, or send it back

We know you'll love your new items, but if for any reason you don't, we offer returns within 7 business days via your account page for items with original packaging, and with tags still attached. Simply log in, select your order, and start the return process. Within 48 hours, you'll receive an email with an approval from our Customer Service team and instructions on how to print your RMA (Return Mail Authorization) form. Simply place this form in your box and mail it back to us using the return address on your label. Please make sure to ship the item to us using a trackable method and keep the tracking information for your records. This will help ensure your package isn't lost in transit.

Once we receive your order, we'll process a refund via Store Credit, minus any shipping charges. Please note that we ONLY offer Store Credit as a method of refund for most circumstances. 

Pre-Ordered items

Items that are Pre-Ordered will typically ship within 2-3 weeks. We know you need it fast, but if you cannot wait the set timeframe then please don't order that item! By continuing your purchase of a Pre-Ordered item, you are agreeing to these terms. We promise the wait is worth it and we will keep you updated via email once your item ships!

Problems with an order

Delivery problems suck, and we hate them just as much as you do. If you ever have any questions, issues or major problems with an order, please don't hesitate to contact us! Please don't dispute or file a chargeback on an order. Doing so will limit our ability to help you, and issue any refunds as needed. Most order issues can be fixed simply by talking to us. Thanks for understanding!
